young girls and women to be successful leaders.
Education
The program will focus on the link between economic development and education, teaching the students how to be career and college ready. They will be taught the importance of education and how preparing for college and/or a career is important.
Empowerment
Every student participating in our program will learn the skills needed to be viable contributors to the future workforce. Additionally, they will receive training in financial literacy, economic and community development and a broad range of skills that will help them be great female leaders.
Mentorship
We have partnered with Eastern Shore Entrepreneurship Center (ESEC) and SCORE to deliver an entrepreneurship program that will teach the students how to create a business plan. At the end of the training, they will pitch their plan to teachers, family, and friends.
Our mission is to help young girls and women lead productive lives in their communities by providing cultural, social, spiritual and educational development.
